2017 Outdoor: Ran in six meets ... Was first in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the USC Open and Mountaineer Open ... At the Southern Conference Championship, was ninth overall in the 3000 meter steeplechase.
2016 Indoor: Ran in five meets, primarily at the mile ... Set a personal record in the mile at the Buccaneer Invitational ... Was fourth in the mile at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational ... At the Southern Conference Championship, finished 15th in the 5,000 meters and was a member of the distance medley relay team that took fifth place.
2016 Outdoor: Took part in six meets ... Set a personal best in the 1500 meters at the Beynon Sports Surfaces Catamount Classic in 4:55.32 ... Added a personal best in the 800 meters at the  WCU Track and Field Invitational ... At the Terrier Relays, won the 3000 meter steeplechase in 11:32.22 ...
