BUIES CREEK, N.C. - The Wofford women's lacrosse team dropped its game to Campbell 21-6 on Saturday.
Sophie Smith led the Terriers with three goals while
Elisabeth Ralph netted two and
Ally Furnari scored one in the loss.
It took the Camels just one minute to get on the board, jumping out to a 13-0 advantage before Smith converted a free position shot. Wofford's offense clicked more in the second, scoring five of its six goals in the last 21 minutes.
The Terriers, who are now 1-1 on the season, travel to Gardner-Web on Friday.
