SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford men's tennis team picked up back-to-back wins on Saturday afternoon, sweeping King, 7-0, and defeating Emmanuel, 6-1, at Reeves Tennis Center. The Terriers swept all doubles matches on the day and won 11 of the 12 singles matches, as the wins move Wofford to 3-4 overall.

The Terriers opened the day with a 1-0 lead after doubles play against King, as
Bryce Keim and
Omar Williams got things started in No. 2 doubles with a 6-1 win over Arturo Alfaro and Jorge Rojas.

Juian Chousa and
Javi Casasolas then picked up a 6-3 win against Lennard Neumann and Alejandro Feliciano on the No. 1 court, followed by
John Crawford and
Diego Losada (No. 3) with their first win of the year partnered together, 6-4.

Omar Williams (No. 2) and
Diego Losada (No. 5) set the tone for singles play with shutout wins (6-0, 6-0) over Feliciano and Charles Jabaley respectively. Â

Casasolas followed on the No. 4 court with a strong 6-0, 6-2 win over Lieflaender, along with Chousa (No. 1) picking up a competitive 6-3, 7-6 win over Neumann.

Bryce Keim (No. 3) and
Kyle Barr (No. 6) would then finish the match off with wins on their respective courts, as Keim won 7-6, 6-2 over Alfaro and Barr won 6-0, 6-4 over Rojas to complete the 7-0 sweep.

Wofford entered doubles play versus Emmanuel with the same energy, taking all three doubles matches again to push the 1-0 advantage.

The tandem of
John Crawford and
Kyle Barr (No. 3) picked up their first win together, 6-3, while Keim and Williams picked up where they left off with a 6-3 win on the No. 2 court. Chousa and Casasolas then wrapped things up, 6-2, in No. 1 doubles to head into singles play with the lead.

Keim showcased an impressive outing over Juan Camilo Burgos in No. 4 singles, 6-2, 6-0, as Chousa (No. 1) followed with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Romero shortly after.

Omar Williams (No. 2) capped a strong day off defeating Makhany, 6-2, 6-3, while
Javi Casasolas (No. 5) gave the Terriers their fourth singles win, 6-2, 6-0, against Canadas.

Emmanuel's Lucas Hideo Sasaki earned the lone win for the Lions on the day over
Lucas Cerbelli on the No. 3 court, though,
Diego Losada would complete the match with a 6-2, 6-1 victory over Enrique Alcacer to give Wofford its second win of the day.

Next, the Terriers will host Troy University at Reeves Tennis Center, on Monday, February 11. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m.
