SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Junior
Lindsey Hollis (+6) recorded her first career top-10 finish with a career-low score of 222 on Tuesday afternoon to lead the Wofford women's golf team at to a seventh-place finish, out of 17 teams, at its home tournament in the Terrier Intercollegiate, hosted at the Carolina Country Club.

After opening the tournament with a 75 in Monday's first round, followed by a 77 in the second, Hollis finished the tournament's final round strong on Tuesday, recording a career-low round of 2-under 70 with four birdies. The junior recorded a team-high nine birdies over the two-day competition, while finishing 3-under on Par-5s with a 4.75 stroke average.

Wofford (+45) finished seventh with a total of 909 for tournament, as Eastern Kentucky (+9) and Lipscomb (+9) tied for first with scores of 873, followed by Central Michigan (+32) in third. EKU's Rylea Marcum (-7) was awarded as the field's low medalist.

The Terriers scored wins over Longwood (+50), Winthrop (+55), North Alabama (+56), Tennessee Tech (+61), Gardner-Webb (+62), UNC Asheville (+65), Appalachian State (+84), USC Beaufort (+91), Presbyterian (+98) and The Citadel (+143).

Speedy Kent (+14) and junior
Nicole Amos (+14) both finished tied for 30
th with scores of 230, as Amos also played par-5s solid, finishing 3-under with a 4.75 stroke average. Freshman
Maggie Jackson (+15) finished tied for 36
th with a score of 231, while senior
Becca Earl (+18) rounded out the Terriers' lineup with a score of 234.
