The Terriers are 1-3 on the season and 0-2 in Southern Conference play after a 24-22 road win at Elon, a 31-10 loss at home to #24 Kennesaw State, a 31-23 road loss to #22 VMI and a 27-21 loss on the road to #13 East Tennessee State ... Furman is 2-2 on the season and 0-1 in league play ... They have wins over North Carolina A&T and Tennessee Tech, along with losses to North Carolina State and Mercer ... The Paladins had an open date on October 2 ... Wofford and Furman played the first football game in the state of South Carolina in 1889 and have met 94 times, with the Paladins holding a 54-33-7 lead in the series ...    • The Terriers return 18 starters from the 2021 spring season, including six on offense, nine on defense and three specialists. Eleven other players who started games also return.
   • Wofford is ranked 85th in the nation in total offense and 80th in total defense through the first four games.
   • The rushing offense was ranked fifth overall at 232.8 yards per game in the spring. Wofford has been ranked in the top ten in rushing offense for 22 straight seasons but are 31st so far in 2021 at 178.0 yards per game.

SOCON AND NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Atkins Roberts was named the Southern Conference Special Teams Player of the Week and Stats Perform FCS National Special Teams Player of the Week for games on October 2. Roberts, a sophomore from Mountain Brook, Alabama, helped pin ETSU deep several times in the Terriers' 27-21 loss to the Bucs on Saturday. He punted seven times for an average of 38.9 yards on the day, with four of his punts fair-caught and three coming down inside the 20-yard line. He had a long of 54-yards in the fourth quarter that was downed at the 6-yard line. Roberts also kicked off four times for an average of 60.5 yards, recording two tackles on returns.
COACH JOSH CONKLIN SHOW
Wofford Sports Properties, the multimedia rights partner for Wofford College Athletics, has announced the return of the Coach
Josh Conklin Show. The show is part of an expanded selection of coaches shows that began in the spring. The shows, sponsored by R.J. Rockers, are hosted by the voice of the Terriers, Jim Noble. The
Josh Conklin Show begins in September and will debut every Monday during the football season. The first episodes of the
Jimmy Garrity (women's basketball) and
Jay McAuley (men's basketball) will debut in late December. Fans can listen to the "Wofford Terriers Coaches Show" podcast in a variety of ways, including on the
iTunes, Amazon, Google and
Spotify podcast platforms, along with

GOAL LINE CLUB
Help carry the ball for the Terriers and sign up to be a 2021 Goal Line Club member. Pledge as little as $1 to contribute to an athletic endowed scholarship. The Terrier Club's annual auction has become known for its one-of-a-kind items, artwork and Wofford memorabilia. This year's auction represents a cornerstone of the Terrier Club's year-long campaign commemorating its 75th anniversary and is a great way to invest in Wofford College student-athletes and their sports programs. There are no significant changes for parking from the 2019 fall season. A parking map can be found

General public parking: $10 per game on game day.
Overnight parking of RV's is not allowed on campus. Limited game day RV parking is available for $50.
