The Southern Conference Sports Media Association also selected its football All-Conference team and specialty awards for the 2023 season.
Wofford defensive lineman
Brandon Maina and linebacker

Maina, a junior from Hiram, Georgia, started ten games on the defensive line. He tied for the team lead in sacks with 4.0 and was tied for third on the team with 4.5 tackles for loss. He was seventh in the Southern Conference in sacks. Maina had 45 total tackles on the season.
Powers, a senior from El Paso, Texas, started ten of eleven games played at linebacker and led the team in tackles with 102. He was third in the Southern Conference in total tackles. He is the first Terrier to surpass the 100-tackle mark in a single season since Seth Goldwire had 108 in 2007.
Campbell, a freshman from Sanford, Florida, played in seven games with 19 tackles. He intercepted a pass against Western Carolina and returned it ten yards.
DiLiegro, a freshman from Charleston, South Carolina, played in all eleven games and served as long snapper for punts and field goals.
Seeley, a freshman from Alma, Michigan, played in seven games with five starts at quarterback. He was 91-of-165 passing for 910 yards with three touchdowns and six interceptions. He also had 37 carries, with a long run of 19 yards.
The coaches, who could not vote for their own players or themselves, selected all-conference first and second teams and all-freshman teams on offense, defense and special teams. Due to a tie in the voting, there was one additional punter on the first team and one additional player on the all-freshman defensive team. The SCSMA selected all-conference first and second teams for offense, defense and special teams.
