SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Wofford head men's basketball coach
Dwight Perry announced the addition of
Andrew Muse to his staff for the upcoming season in a player development role.
"We are excited to add Andrew to our program," said Perry. "He brings tremendous value to the Wofford program on and off the court. His experience in programs that value hard work and teamwork will be extremely beneficial to our players. Growing up in a basketball family and playing for his dad, Andy, at Mount Tabor (N.C.), Andrew has seen firsthand what it takes to be a part of a successful program from high school all the way to college. We look forward to having Andrew be a part of the Wofford Family!"
Muse has spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant at Wichita State. During the 2024-25 season, the team was 19-15 overall and played in the NIT. In his first season with the Shockers, they were 15-19 and reached the quarterfinals of the AAC Tournament.
"I am very excited to join Coach Perry and his staff," said Muse. "Wofford College has such a great history of winning and is a blue-collar program! I can't wait to see the players and get to work!"
Muse played at Appalachian State, seeing action in 19 career games with one start. He earned a bachelor of science in health and physical education in May of 2023. A native of Winston-Salem, N.C., he graduated from Mount Tabor High School.
