WEST COLUMBIA, S.C.—The Wofford men's golf team finished their 2025-2026 season at the Southern Conference Championship on Wednesday afternoon at the par-71 Solina Golf Club. The Terriers finished in seventh place with a 27-over 879 score. Senior
Ben Jordan led Wofford, finishing his collegiate career in a tie for 12
th place with a three-over 216.
Wofford opened day one with a 294 before carding a 292 in the second round. The Terriers finished the last round with a 293 to place seventh in the eight-team field. Wofford had the fourth-best par 3 average with a 3.20 and had the most pars with 155. Chattanooga took home first place to receive an automatic bid to NCAA Regionals with a five-under 847. UNCG's Kelvin Hernandez placed first in the 42-player field with a nine-under 204.
Ben Jordan completes his career as a Terrier in a tie for 12
th place. Jordan carded a 68 in round one before carding 74s in the two final rounds. Jordan had the second-best par 4 average at 4.00 and the third-most pars with 33. Jordan finishes his career with five top ten finishes, with one being his first-place finish at the Carolina Cup in 2024. Senior
Will Jones and
Will Brown (73-76-72) finished in a tie for 24
th with an eight-over 221. Jones (76-70-75) had the third-best par five average during the tournament with a 4.42. Jones finishes his career at Wofford with one top ten finish, a sixth place at the Stitch Intercollegiate in 2025.
Glover Amick (78-74-73) and
Andrew Neal (77-74-74) capped off the team with a tie for 31
st place with a 12-over 225. Amick carded a new career round low this season with a 69 to score his best finish in a tie for 13
th place at the Carolina Cup. Neal had a breakout year as a freshman scoring a career low round with a 68 with his best finish with a tie for 13
th at the Bryan National Collegiate. Neal had the most pars made during the tournament with 35.
