Andrew Percic joined the women's soccer staff in the spring of 2022. He previously was an assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where he helped lead the Phoenix women to a fourth-place conference finish and a spot in the Horizon League tournament semifinal.
Prior to UWGB, Percic was an assistant at the University of Illinois-Chicago. At UIC he helped lead the Flames to a second place and a fourth place finish in the Horizon League, making it to the finals and the semifinals of the conference tournament. Before starting with UIC, he coached at Elkhorn Soccer Club in Omaha, Nebraska where he was the Director of Goalkeeping. He began his college coaching career at his alma mater Sterling College as a men's assistant. His first coaching experience was with the Chicago ECNL club Eclipse Select SC as a goalkeeper coach.
He played his first two years at York College, an NAIA school in York, Nebraska. He transferred and finished his playing career at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas where he earned a bachelor’s in sports management in 2017.
Percic added a Master’s in Business Administration from Hope International in 2019. He served in the US Army National Guard and then the US Army Reserves as a Religious Affairs Specialist for eight years. Â
