CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The Wofford women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision at College of Charleston Sunday afternoon in the Terriers' road finale at Patriot's Point in Charleston, S.C. It marked the back-end of consecutive day games for Wofford after its Friday match with The Citadel was postponed to Saturday.
The Cougars' Danielle Jordan set up CofC's first two goals, including the only score of the first half on a free kick to Amanda Raymond at 9:26. Jordan then sent a cross to teammate Megan Manthey for the second College of Charleston (11-5-3, 4-4-2 SoCon) tally at 54:20.
Katie Browne put the cap on the scoring at 73:00 when she stole the ball from a Wofford (3-10-5, 2-6-2 SoCon) defender five yards from the net and then placed it behind goalkeeper
Katie McChesney.
The Cougars dominated the offensive attack, holding a 15-2 shot advantage, including a game-high five attempts from Manthey. Brittany Schneider was the only other CofC player with multiple shots as she finished with three.

Wofford will conclude its regular season at 6 p.m. Thursday when it hosts Furman at Snyder Field. Prior to the match, the Terriers will honor
