She has made academic honor roll each of her semesters at St. Teresa's Academy and has volunteered over 120 hours at women's and children's shelters in her community.

"Meghan has all the characteristics that I look for in recruits," Coach Hall said. "She is a great student, a great tennis player, and does a lot of great work in the community. We're looking forward to the impact she will have on the program."

Mayfield, a senior from Atlanta, Georgia, at the Lovett School, has lettered all three seasons while playing as the number one singles player for her team. She led her team to the state finals in both 2013 and 2015 and was named her team's MVP in 2015. She also helped Lovett's Pre Collegiate Tennis Team to a championship in 2012. She has also participated in mission trips to New Orleans in 2013 and 2014 and to India in 2014.

"We're excited to have Annie joining our team," Coach Hall said. "She is a great team person, has great character, and will bring a lot of energy to our team."
