CULLOWHEE, N.C. – The Wofford women's soccer team fell to Western Carolina, 4-0, in their regular season finale on Sunday afternoon in Cullowhee.

The Catamounts scored three times in the first half and added one more goal early in the second, building a comfortable margin that the Terriers could not overcome.

Western Carolina scored in the 12
th minute, on Eynde Frazier's second goal of the season. Then, in the 22
nd minute, the Catamounts added another goal, before concluding their first half scoring on Sayres McKenna's fifth goal of the season in the 26
th minute.

In the second half, the Terriers fared better, attempting four shots in the half, compared to just one in the first 45 minutes.

Alex King totaled five saves in the contest.

Overall, the Catamounts outshot Wofford, 21-5.

Up next, the Terriers will compete in the first round of the Southern Conference Tournament on Wednesday, Oct. 26., as they will play a rematch at Western Carolina at 7 p.m.
