SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Wofford College men's tennis team took part in the Brad Armfield Pro Invitational at the Spartanburg Country Club from October 25-27.
Omar Williams and
Julian Chousa lost 8-4 in the doubles finals to Danny Rodriguez and Phillip Jordan of South Carolina.
Other notable results including
Julian Chousa reaching the quarterfinals before losing to #1 seed Danny Rodreguiz. The participating schools were: Tennessee, Wake Forest, South Carolina, The Citadel, Presbyterian, and Wofford.

"This was a fantastic event for our players" said head coach
Rod Ray. "Julian and Omar are to be congratulated for making the finals. Winning a tournament isn't easy, so losing in the finals is tough, but they're eager to get better, so they'll bounce back and be ready to go."
The Terriers will complete the fall season on November 8-10 at the Wake Forest Fall Classic.
