QUOTABLE
Clay Schwaner, Senior Pitcher - "It's never easy playing a midweek game on the road. We didn't have our best stuff tonight, but this team is very resilient and you can never count us out of a game no matter the score. We're always 3 or 4 good at bats away from taking the lead. As a pitching staff we had to scratch and claw to keep runs off the board against an aggressive offense. At the end of the night we just did a bunch of little things right on the mound and at the plate and I can't give enough credit to Owen for coming in and closing the door.
UP NEXT
Wofford will travel to Jacksonville University for a weekend series beginning on Friday evening. It will mark the first meetings ever between the two schools in baseball.
