LEXINGTON, Va. – The Wofford College rifle team competed against VMI and John Jay on Saturday at Kilbourne Hall. The Keydets were first at 4,561, the VMI women were second at 4,430, Wofford was third at 4,336 and John Jay was fourth at 4,256.
 
Wofford was led by Garrett Dall with an aggregate of 1,112 that was seventh overall. He had a 547 in small bore (eighth overall) and a 565 in air rifle (tenth overall). Ansely-Brooke Springer was ninth overall with a score of 1,103 that included a career-best of 574 in air rifle that was sixth overall. Charlie Yang posted a score of 1,077 and Jessy Delgado was at 1,030. In air rifle only, Chanson Bullard had a career-best 557 and Allie Grace Frank had a career-best 544
 
Christopher Hicks of VMI was first overall with a 1,151 aggregate score as he was first in smallbore (571) and fourth in air rifle (580).
 
The Terriers will be off for the remainder of the semester and return to action on Saturday, January 13, at home against UAB.
