Southern Conference titles were won by Netanya Linares in the heptathlon, the women's 4x100 relay team, Kerrington Johnson in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles, and Tanner Henry in the high jump. The five total titles are the second-most in school history (six in 2019).

The women's team scored 134 points to take second place. It marked the highest point total in school history and was the third time in the last four meets they finished second. The men's squad was seventh overall with 65 points, the fourth-highest total in school history.

Overall, seventeen All-Southern Conference honors were achieved which is the second-most in school history to the 18 earned in 2019. "I am really proud of both teams and how hard they fought," said head coach Johnny Bomar. "We had some athletes with some injury issues heading into the meet but they continued to compete for us and scored in some key events. This year's senior class is one that I am really appreciative of with all of their hard work."
