SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford men's tennis team closed the fall season by hosting the Wofford Invitational on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Teams competing at the Reeves Tennis Center included Mercer, South Carolina State, UNC Asheville, and Wofford.  
 
The Terriers won ten of seventeen singles matches played, which included three wins by freshman Jack Burdell. Senior Max Graham added a pair of wins as seven total players earned singles victories. In doubles, Wofford had one win in the eight matches contested.  
 
"We had a fantastic tournament," said head coach Rod Ray. "I appreciate how hard our players played and how they invested in their development and our team culture. I also appreciate the many friends and supporters who came out to support and encourage the team. This was a great team effort."
 
Wofford will open the spring season at the end of January.
