SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College football program has announced that 12 transfers have been added to the 2025 roster. The group includes eight offensive players and four defensive players who enrolled for the spring semester at Wofford.
The regular signing period will begin on February 5, 2025, and spring practice is slated to begin on March 4.

2025 Newcomers
CJ Adams (6-3, 215, Mableton, Ga.) spent the last two seasons at South Carolina but did not see game action. At Pebblebrook High School, he helped lead the team to back-to-back 7A state playoff appearances. As a junior, he had 936 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns on 54 catches, while also rushing for 133 yards and four scores.
JT Fayard (6-5, 225, Katy, Texas) played the last two seasons at Northwestern State. In 2024, he played in nine games with eight starts. He led the team in passing with 996 yards with 76 completions on 158 attempts, along with five touchdowns. He made one appearance in 2023, completing all four pass attempts. A three-year letterman at Foster High School, he threw for 3,539 yards and 36 touchdowns in his career while completing 63% of his passes and a 110 quarterback rating. He was named the District 10-5A Preseason MVP prior to his senior season.
Matt Flanders (6-4, 250, Huntersville, N.C.) spent the past three seasons at Wingate University. In 2024 he played in all eleven games and had 13 catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns. He saw action in eight games in 2023, catching 16 passes for 201 yards and four touchdowns. He did not play in 2022. At Hopewell High School, he served as team captain and was named All-Conference in 2021 at tight end.
Landon Harris (6-5, 265, King George, Va.) played last fall at Old Dominion. A four-year letterman at King George High School, he served as team captain his senior season. He had 77 career pancake blocks and only three sacks allowed in four years. He was named All-District four times and All-Area three times, along with earning All-State honors once and All-Region recognition twice.
Elijah Jackson-Anderson (5-10, 195, Flint, Mich.) played the last three seasons at Eastern Michigan. During the 2024 season, he played in 12 games with 54 carries for 218 yards and added four catches for 64 yards. In 2023, he played in 12 games and had a 28-yard pass reception at Toledo for his first collegiate touchdown. As a freshman in 2022, he played in four contests. He was a two-time captain at Grand Blanc High School. In 2021, the team went 12-1 on the season and he ran 174 times for 1,303 yards and 24 touchdowns.
Caimon Mathis (6-0, 168, DeSoto, Texas) spent the past two seasons at Georgia Southern. In 2024 he played in seven games and recorded four tackles. He earned three letters at DeSoto High School and helped lead the team to a 6A Division II state title as a senior. He was named the Padilla Poll Texas 6A Defensive MVP and a first-team All-Area selection by the Dallas Morning News as a senior. He recorded 53 tackles, including 4.0 for loss, along with a league-high 19 pass breakups, and four interceptions as a senior and earned Academic All-State recognition.
Kade Moledor (6-0, 237, Dawsonville, Ga.) spent the past two seasons at North Carolina A&T. In 2024 he played in 12 games with a team-high 84 total tackles, including 3.5 tackles for loss. During the 2023 season, he played in ten games with 49 total tackles. He played at Dawson County High School, leading the team to the 2022 Georgia High School Association Class 7AAA regional championship. He recorded 90 tackles and five sacks as a senior, earning 2022 Dawson County regional defensive player of the year honors. A two-time first-team All-Region selection, he finished with 354 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, three interceptions and three forced fumbles while playing 45 career games.
Dillon Porter (6-5, 280, Pulaski, Va.) played two seasons at Virginia Union University. While at Roanoke Catholic, he earned All-State honors as a junior playing tight end. He also was named All-State and All-Conference with the basketball team.
Jude Tinor (6-0, 267, Melbourne, Fla.) a defensive lineman from Melbourne, Florida, spent two seasons at Georgia State. In 2024 he saw action against Chattanooga. At Eau Gallie High School, he was named to the 2022 Florida Athletic Coaches Association (FACA) All-District 12 team. As a junior, he totaled 44 tackles, 14 QBH, five sacks, and two forced fumbles. He also competed in track and field in the throwing events and was a regional qualifier in the discus as a junior and in the shot put as a sophomore.
Grant Tucker (6-3, 190, Charlotte, N.C.) played two seasons at Appalachian State. During a three-year varsity career at Charlotte Christian, he caught 73 passes for 1,020 yards and 18 touchdowns. As a senior he had 12 receiving touchdowns while catching 36 passes for 529 yards as the Knights went 10-3 and reached the state championship game.
Jayden Whitaker (6-1, 190, Brownsburg, Ind.) spent the past two seasons at Gannon University. In 2024, he was the PSAC West Football Freshman of the Year. He started all ten games and was 159-of-262 passing for 2,113 yards and nine touchdowns. He also led the team in rushing with 128 carries for 254 yards and nine touchdowns. In 2023, he completed 32-of-61 passes for 419 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions in three games.
Alijah Williams (6-2, 225, Buford, Ga.) played for two seasons at Bowling Green. In 2024 he had one tackle in two games played and did not see action in 2023. While at Buford High School, the team won three state championships. He earned All-Gwinnett County honorable mention honors and was a three-star recruit.
