SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Wofford College football head coach
Shawn Watson has announced that
Dom Bradshaw,
Caleb Fuller,
Lane Knost, and
Collin Shank have joined the coaching staff. Bradshaw will work with the cornerbacks, Fuller will oversee the defensive line, Knost will work with the tight ends and serve as co-offensive coordinator, and Shank will coach the safeties.

Dom Bradshaw was a graduate assistant coach working with the defensive backs at Florida Atlantic University in 2025. The team was 4-8 overall, while three cornerbacks were rated in the top ten by PFSN and one finished fourth in the conference in pass break-ups.
He spent the 2024 season at Fairmont State where he coached the cornerbacks and nickels. The 7-4 record marked the most wins by a first-year staff in school history. He also worked with the kickoff return unit that was ranked fifth in the nation among NCAA DII programs. Two defensive backs earned All-MEC honors.
Bradshaw began his coaching career at Atherton High School in Louisville as the defensive coordinator and secondary coach. They won the district title with the most wins in school history (11) with five shutouts. The team had the second-ranked defense in the state, along with the most takeaways in 5A as four starters had three or more interceptions.
A native of Dallas, Texas, he played in 34 games in three seasons at Western Kentucky with 12 starts. In 2020, he was named Conference USA honorable mention with 17 tackles and 10 pass break-ups. Before Western Kentucky, he played at Navarro College.
He graduated from Western Kentucky with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2022.
Caleb Fuller spent the previous three seasons at Anderson University. Fuller joined the Anderson University football staff in February of 2023 as the defensive line coach as the Trojans prepared for their first season of competition in the fall of 2024. In that first season, the team was 3-8 overall. The Trojans were 15th in the nation in turnover margin while ranking 19th in defensive touchdowns. During the 2025 season, the team was 5-6 overall and ranked 19th in the nation in total defense.
Fuller served as a defensive graduate assistant with the Louisville Cardinals in 2021 and 2022. During his time in the Derby City, Fuller helped mentor All-ACC Defensive Lineman, Yaya Diaby and was a contributing factor in the Cardinals' FBS-leading and school-record tying 50 sacks during the 2022 season. He assisted with practice drills and techniques and tutored Cardinal student- athletes off the field, while also serving as an off-campus recruiter.
A native of Wilmington, N.C., Fuller began his collegiate career as a walk-on with Appalachian State and appeared in 26 games during his sophomore and junior seasons in Boone, while starting 12 contests as a junior. He started all 13 games at one defensive end spot during his senior campaign with the Mountaineers and earned Third-Team All-Sun Belt Conference accolades after finishing the 2017 season with 27 tackles, 3.0 sacks, 6.5 tackles for loss, two pass breakups, one quarterback hurry and one blocked punt.
The New Hanover High School standout captured first-team all-conference and all-area honors following his senior season with the Wildcats.
Fuller earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Appalachian State in 2017 and added a master's degree in criminal justice from Louisville. He became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in December, 2020.
Lane Knost spent the 2025 season as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Shorter University. The team ranked first in Conference Carolinas in rushing touchdowns and rushing, while ranked third in total offense. The offense had four All-Conference performers.
Before joining Shorter, Knost spent three seasons at Limestone University, where he was elevated to Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator after initially coaching wide receivers, tight ends, and special teams. During his tenure, Limestone engineered one of the most dramatic turnarounds in college football - going from an 0–9 season in 2021 to back-to-back playoff berths in 2022 and 2023, including a share of the Piedmont SAC Championship. Under his leadership in 2024, the Saints became one of the most prolific offenses in the South Atlantic Conference (SAC), ranking #1 in total offense, points per game, yards per play, and passing offense, while also finishing top 15 nationally in multiple categories. QB Dustin Noller was a two-time SAC Offensive Player of the Year.
Prior to Limestone, Knost coached wide receivers and coordinated special teams at Muskingum University (2021–22), where his unit helped guide the program to its best record in 18 years. His wide receivers set multiple school records, including single-game receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns.
Knost began his college coaching career with stops at Marietta College and Limestone in various offensive and special teams roles.
He is a 2015 graduate of Kentucky Christian University, where he was a four-year starter for the Knights as a tight end and wide receiver. He is ranked in the top ten in school history in receptions. He earned USA College Football Small College All-American honors (2014), competed in the USA College Football Bowl, and represented Team USA in the FISU World University Championships in Monterrey, Mexico, helping secure a silver medal.
Collin Shank spent the 2025 season as a defensive assistant on the Texas Tech staff, working directly with safeties coach and Wofford alum Rob Greene. The team won the Big 12 championship before falling in the College Football Playoffs to Oregon. and were. The Red Raiders were first in the nation in rushing defense third in scoring defense (10.9 ppg), fifth in total defense (254.4 ypg) and fifth in team sacks with 39.
Shank arrived at Texas Tech following three seasons at Army where he was a defensive quality control assistant during the 2023-24 seasons. He began his tenure with the Black Knights as a graduate assistant under Army defensive coordinator and Wofford alum Nate Woody in 2022 on the defensive side of the ball.
Army put together its best season in the more than 100-year history of the program during Shank's last year on staff in 2024, finishing an impressive 12-2 overall, including a perfect 8-0 mark in the Black Knights' first season in the American Athletic Conference. The Black Knights ended the season at No. 21 in the final Associated Press poll after topping Tulane in the AAC Championship Game as well as Louisiana Tech in the Independence Bowl.
Army boasted one of the nation's top defenses throughout the 2024 season as the Black Knights finished fourth in the FBS after allowing only 15.5 points per game. Army was also eighth in the country for total defense, giving up just 297.9 yards a game as part of a defense that was also ranked in the top 25 for red zone defense, passing defense, rushing defense and passes intercepted.
Prior to Army, Shank spent the 2021 season as the tight ends coach at Franklin & Marshall College and the 2020 campaign as an offensive quality control coach at Eastern Washington.
Shank began his coaching career immediately after ending his own playing career as a quarterback for Millersville University in Pennsylvania. Shank played in 20 career games with the Marauders where he totaled 3,502 passing yards and 20 touchdowns. He signed with Millersville after a legendary career at Lampeter-Strasburg where he threw for 8,012 passing yards, the second-highest total in Lancaster-Lebanon (L-L) League history.
Shank graduated from Millersville in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in sports business.
