SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Wofford midfielder Olivia Graebner has been named the Big South Women's Lacrosse Freshman of the Week for games played March 31-April 6, it was announced today. In addition, Furman freshman attacker Lily Toole has been named the Big South Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, while High Point sophomore defender Julia Dustin is the Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Graebner, a redshirt freshman from Yardley, Pennsylvania, tallied nine goals across two games for Wofford, adding five ground balls and two caused turnovers. She opened the week with a career-high six-goal performance against Furman, including a first-quarter hat trick. She added another goal in the third before scoring twice in the final two minutes as the Terriers pushed for a late comeback. Graebner followed that effort with another hat trick, scoring three goals on six shots to help lead Wofford to a 12–6 road win at Longwood.
 
This is the second Player of the Week award this season for the Terriers, as Ella Smithers was the Defensive Player of the Week on March 4. Graebner was also named Freshman of the Week on February 20, 2024.

Also nominated for Defensive Player of the Week: Cybella Smith (Longwood), Abby Soltys (Mercer), Kayleigh Aitken (Presbyterian), Ava LaManna (Radford), Maddy Hodgson (Winthrop) and Barrett Rowe (Wofford).
 
Also nominated for Freshman of the Week: Lily Toole (Furman), Anna Checkosky (High Point) and Alexandra Hirst (Longwood).
 
Wofford (4-8, 1-2) will host Winthrop on Wednesday, April 9, at Gibbs Stadium for a 5:00 p.m. contest that can be seen on ESPN+.
