Wofford announces “Creative Energy” events
SPARTANBURG, SC – On March 13, the City of Spartanburg and a number of community partners, including Wofford Sports Marketing, launched a new initiative aimed at highlighting the creativity of the greater Spartanburg community.
“Spartanburg Creative Energy” is an 18-month initiative seeking to strengthen the civic spirit of community pride and participation and reinforce the growing perception of Spartanburg as a progressive City that encourages innovation and personal expression, resulting in increased economic development and tourism.
Beginning in March, Wofford Athletics will highlight at least one contest per month as the “Creative Energy” game, inviting students, fans and alumni to think outside the box and join the Terriers in this community initiative.
