GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Wofford men’s cross country team took fifth place out of 12 teams at the Gene Mullin Meet host by Furman University Saturday morning.
The Terriers were led by Trey Parker who turned in a time of 27:02 and finished in tenth place. Matt Menard trailed Parker with a time of 27:51 for 27th place, and Justin Whitaker finished in 28th place with a time of 27:53. Russell Baker ran a 28:14, and Mavrick Harris ran a time of 28:25 to round out the Terrier top five.
Wofford will compete in two meets next weekend; the Terriers will travel to Penn State for a meet on November 14 and the Upstate Invite on November 15.
