SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team defeated UAB on Saturday morning by a score of 2190 to 2183 at the Taylor Center Rifle Range.

Freshman shooter Tommy McKelvey, in only her second collegiate match, took top honors with a score of 556. Josh Mangan was second at 556, followed by Jim Stanley with a 543 and Nygia Bost with a 526.

The next match for the Terriers will be Saturday, October 20 when Wofford will take part in SEARC 2 in Milledgeville, Georgia.
