LEXINGTON, Va. – The Wofford College rifle team competed in a multiple team event on Saturday at Kilbourne Hall on the campus of VMI.

The Terriers were led by
Cierra Holcombe with a 551 in small bore and a 568 in air rifle.
Seth Flanagan had a 531 in smallbore and a 548 in air rifle.
Nick Hunter posted a 551 in air rifle and a 521 in small bore.
Reid Schuster was at 502 in air rifle and 486 in small bore. Â Zack Hunter fired air rifle only and posted a 512.

Morehead State took top honors with an aggregate score of 4604 points while second-place North Georgia finished with 4581. The VMI men scored a 4486 on the day while the women placed fourth overall with 4428 points. Wofford College left the competition with 4268 points (2089 smallbore/2179 air rifle) on the board.

Up next for the Terriers will be a match on November 19 at Georgia Southern to end the fall portion of the schedule.
