SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team was defeated 2217 to 2203 by UAB on Saturday morning at the Taylor Center Rifle Range in an air only match.
 
Cierra Holcombe led the Wofford effort with her 564 score which was second overall. She was followed by Nick Hunter (557), Seth Flanagan (541), Zach Hunter with a personal best 541, and Reid Schuster (533).
 
UAB's Sarah Banks was the top overall shooter with a score of 566. Other scores for the Blazers were Lilly Vonderau (560), Emily Stover (550), Ella Von Canon (541), and Kristie Lloyd (511).
 
The Terriers will host The Citadel on Saturday, February 11, at the Taylor Center Range.
