STATESBORO, Ga. – The Wofford College rifle team competed against The Citadel and Georgia Southern on Saturday at the Georgia Southern University Shooting Sports Education Center.
 
The Citadel men's team was first at 4509, followed by Georgia Southern (4452), Wofford (4382) and The Citadel women's team (4181).
 
The Terriers were led by Cierra Holcombe with a 1099 to take eighth place overall after missing the fall semester matches while studying abroad. Scott Condo was next with a 1095 to finish ninth overall. Andrew Visconti (547 smallbore only), Katie Gorlo (1085) and Zach Hunter (556 air only) also competed.
 
The Terriers next three matches will be at home, beginning with UAB and The Citadel on Saturday, February 3 at the Taylor Center Rifle Range.
