SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team competed twice this past weekend. On Saturday, the Terriers shot against UAB and The Citadel in Charleston. On Sunday, Wofford competed against Jacksonville State and North Georgia in Dahlonega.

The team had school-best aggregate scores in smallbore on Saturday and air on Sunday by two points.Â

On Saturday, UAB won the match with a 4585 followed by the Citadel Coed team (4525) Wofford (4435) and the Citadel Women (4115). Freshman
Dan Wesson continued to lead the team effort with 1133 (PR in smallbore).

Meredith Bean (516 air only- PR) also shot for the team.

In Sunday's match, Jacksonville State won with 4627 followed by North Georgia (4581) and Wofford (4439).
