CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team competed on Saturday morning against The Citadel at the Inouye Marksmanship Center. The Citadel men's team fired a 4,544, followed by Wofford at 4,445 and The Citadel women with 2,032.
 
Dan Wesson led the Terriers with a 558 in the smallbore and a 570 in air rifle to finish third overall with a 1,128 aggregate score. Scott Condo was sixth overall with a score of 1,119. Marcus Stallings (1,103) and Andrew Visconti (1,095) also competed in both disciplines while Meredith Bean had a 538 in air rifle only.
 
Alexander McAlear of The Citadel was first overall with an aggregate score of 1,151.
 
The Terriers will host North Georgia on Saturday, October 12, at the Taylor Center Rifle Range.
