LEXINGTON, Va. – The Wofford College rifle team traveled to face VMI on Saturday. The VMI men scored 4,510 points to take first place, followed by the VMI women at 4,431 and Wofford at 4,416.
Dan Wesson led the Terriers with a score of 1,130 to place second. He was second in smallbore at 555 and second in air rifle at 575.
Marcus Stallings was seventh overall at 1,109 and
Scott Condo was eighth at 1,106.
Andrew Visconti posted a 1,071.
Meredith Bean (556) and
Isabella Timmons (541) fired air rifle only in the match.
Alexander Allison took individual honors for VMI with a 1,135 aggregate score.
A home contest on December 7 against VMI will wrap up the fall portion of the schedule.
