SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team hosted Georgia Southern on Saturday morning at the Taylor Center Rifle Range. The Eagles won the match 4487-4463.
 
Dan Wesson led the Terriers with a score of 1,122. He was third in smallbore at 554 and fourth in air rifle at 568. Scott Condo was next at 1,119, followed by Andrew Visconti at 1,112. Marcus Stallings was second overall in smallbore at 555 and had a 1,110 aggregate score. Isabella Timmons (552), Meredith Bean (557 – personal best) and Graham Boswell (501) fired air rifle only in the match.
 
Ashley Judson of Georgia Southern took first place overall with an aggregate score of 1,135, with Lydia Oden second at 1,134. Dan Wesson was third overall at 1,122.
 
The Terriers will travel to VMI on Saturday, November 16 for the next match. A home contest on December 7 will wrap up the fall portion of the schedule.
