HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – After an impressive all-around performance through the second round of competition at the Bear Creek Golf Course in Hilton Head, S.C., the Terriers would nab fifth-place among the 16-team field at the Low Country Intercollegiate, seeing sophomore
Lindsey Hollis (+4) lead the way for Wofford with career-low scores on Sunday afternoon.

Three Terriers finished in the top 20 among the 81-player field, as Hollis recorded three birdies on the day to finish with a career-low 1-under-par 71, finishing tied for 12
th with a total score of 148.

A native of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, Hollis was second among the field in par-5 scoring, finishing 2-under with a 4.50 stroke average on par-5s overall.

Junior
Kristine Torralba (+5) concluded the tournament with a 74, finishing 1-under on the back nine with two birdies to finished tied for 15
th, as classmate
Becca Earl also finished 3-over with three birdies on the day to see herself tied for 18
th with a total score of 150.

Torralba, Earl and Hollis were also among the field's best in par-3 scoring, all recording stroke averages of 2.75 to finish 1-under overall on par-3s.

Wofford (+28) finished 10-over on Sunday to finish with a total score of 604, as FAU (+2) won the tournament's crown by eight strokes over runner-up USC Upstate (+10) and third-place finisher Elon (+17). The Owls' Justine Fournand (-8) also claimed the tournament's individual crown by six strokes, followed by runner-up Tara Bettle (-2) of UNCG.

The Terriers scored wins over Gardner-Webb (+38), Lipscomb (+39), Appalachian State (+42), UNC Asheville (+43), Youngstown State (+46), Charleston Southern (+51), Dayton (+51), Presbyterian (+57), Albany (+58), The Citadel (+69) and USC Beaufort (+88).

Additionally, Wofford also finished tied for first with Elon for par-3 scoring as a team, recording a 2.85 stroke average to finish 3-under overall on par-3s for the tournament.

Nicole Amos (+13) finished tied for 39
th with a total score of 157, as junior
Speedy Kent (+15) rounded out the Terriers competing, tied for 45
th.

Emma King (+17) competed as an individual for the weekend, also finishing tied for 45
th.
