LEXINGTON, Va. – The 2021 Southern Conference Rifle Championship took place at Kilbourne Hall on the campus of VMI on Saturday and Sunday. Wofford finished seventh overall with 4,370 points and
Seth Flanagan was named Coach of the Year for his efforts this season.
The smallbore competition was held on Saturday. In the team scores, Wofford was seventh overall with 2,151 points.
Marcus Stallings was the top Terrier finisher at 556 points to place 18
th. Also competing in smallbore for the Terriers were
Isabella Timmons (544),
Jason Kellinger (526), and
Meredith Bean (525).
In the air rifle competition on Sunday, Wofford had 2,219 points to place eighth.
Marcus Stallings and
Isabella Timmons both fired a 565 to lead the Terriers.
Meredith Bean (545),
Jason Kellinger (544) and
Jessy Delgado (506) also competed in air rifle.
