PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – The Wofford women's golf team concluded its first tournament of the 2021 fall slate at the Golfweek Fall Challenge in Pawleys Island, S.C. on Tuesday afternoon, as freshman
Maggie Jackson (+6) paced the Terriers with her first career top-20 finish as Wofford's low finisher at the par-71 Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

Jackson, a native of Tallulah Falls, Ga., finished tied for 20
th with a score of 219 in her first collegiate tournament, as she fluctuated throughout the top-10 in the tournament's opening rounds. Jackson finished even with four birdies in Sunday's first round prior to recording a 73 in the second on Monday. Tuesday's final round was highlighted by a birdie to close out the front-nine, as Jackson would conclude with a 4-over-par 75 to notch her first career top-20 finish.

Wofford (+38) finished 11
th out of 20 teams with a score of 890, as Campbell (+1) earned the tournament's crown, followed by Jacksonville State (+13) and East Carolina (+6).

The Terriers scored wins over USC Upstate (+50), Morehead State (+57), Appalachian State (+67), Bowling Green State (+76), Winthrop (+84), Tennessee Tech (+89), Presbyterian (+97), Stephen F. Austin (+104) and Illinois-Chicago (119).

Lindsey Hollis (+7) followed tied for 27
th, as senior
Speedy Kent (+8) finished tied for 30
th. Hollis was solid over the opening two rounds, recording a 72 on Sunday and 73 on Monday, prior to finishing with a 75 in Tuesday's final round for a total of 220. Kent finished 4-over-par in the first round before using a solid back-nine performance to finish even in the second round. She then recorded a 75 on Tuesday to finish with a total of 221.

Emma King (+17) finished tied for 58
th with a total score of 230, while freshman
Taylor Burch finished 85
th with a total of 244 in her Wofford debut.
