CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Wofford College rifle team competed in an NCAA Qualifier match on Saturday at the Inouye Marksmanship Center. The Citadel had a score of 4,588, followed by The Citadel women with 4,470 and Wofford with 4,381.
 
Wofford was led by Isabella Timmons with a total score of 1,127, which included a career-best 562 in smallbore and a 565 in air rifle to finish seventh overall. Jessy Delgado had a career-high 1,098, followed by Ansely-Brooke Springer at 1,091 for a career-high and Meredith Bean at 1,065.  

James Hart IV of The Citadel was the top individual with an 1,167 total score.
 
The Terriers will compete in the 2022 Southern Conference Championship on March 5 and 6 in Lexington, Virginia, to close out the season.
