LEXINGTON, Va. – The 2022 Southern Conference Rifle Championship took place at Kilbourne Hall on the campus of VMI on Saturday and Sunday. Wofford finished eighth overall with 4,334 points.  
 
The smallbore competition was held on Saturday. In the team scores, Wofford was sixth overall with 2,141 points. Isabella Timmons was the top Terrier finisher at 560 points to place 13^th. Also competing in smallbore for the Terriers were Meredith Bean (540), Ansely-Brooke Springer (532) and Jessy Delgado (509).
 
In the air rifle competition on Sunday, Wofford had 2,193 points to place eighth. Isabella Timmons fired a 566 to lead the Terriers. Ansely-Brooke Springer (547), Meredith Bean (544), and Jessy Delgado (536) also competed in air rifle.
