"Carson, Kyler, Jackson and Tauris all bring a level of toughness, intelligence and versatility to our roster," said McAuley. "We are excited to welcome these fantastic student-athletes and their families to our championship program."

Carson McCorkle

Carson McCorkle, a 6-foot-3 guard from Raleigh, N.C., joins the Terriers after appearing in 24 games at Virginia over the past two seasons, while previously starring as a 3-star recruit at Greensboro Day School.

"Carson has been coached by some of the best teachers and winners in the game," added McAuley. "His ability to score the basketball and his competitive mindset will fit in great with the rest of the team.  He has impacted winning everywhere he has been."

McCorkle played in 16 games for the Cavaliers last season, while having averaged 16.1 points during his senior season at Greensboro Day in 2020 on 63 percent from the field, 55 percent from 3-point range and 90 percent from the free-throw line. "Kyler is a physical post player that brings a great feel for how to score the ball in the paint. He is a contact seeker that will help our team on both sides of the floor, as well as in the rebounding department," added McAuley.

Filewich appeared in 31 games last season for the Salukis while playing in all 26 games, including 16 starts at center, as an all-freshman performer for the 2020-21 season.
