CONWAY, S.C. – The Wofford men's tennis team competed at the Battle at the Beach on Saturday and Sunday at the Stevens Tennis Complex at Coastal Carolina. Competing teams included Campbell, Wofford, Coastal Carolina and the College of Charleston.
 
The start of the tournament was delayed by one day due to rain on Friday. On Saturday the Terriers played four doubles matches with one victory. Overall in singles matches, the Terriers had twelve wins which included six over Campbell and three over the College of Charleston.
 
Wofford will be in action again next weekend when they play at the ITA All-American in Tulsa, Oklahoma from September 30 to October 2.
