SPARTANBURG, S.C. - College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA) announced today the 2025 Academic All-District® women's basketball teams as selected by the organization to recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Wofford players
Mia Flor,
Queen Ikhiuwu, and
Helen Matthews were selected among the honorees. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
This is the fifth-straight season with at least one Terrier honored, and this is just the second time in program history that multiple players received recognition. The trio of recipients marks a new program high, besting the duo honored in the 2023 campaign. Flor and Ikhiuwu are both first-time honorees with Matthews earning her second-career nod (2023). She is the third Terrier with multiple selections, joining Jenny Nett and Lilly Hatton with two each.
Mia Flor is a junior from Missoula, Montana. After missing last season due to injury, Flor hit the court for her first season playing in the Old Gold and Black with 29 games played and 28 starts. Flor averaged 3.7 points per game and amassed 114 rebounds at a rate of 3.9 per game. She shot 45.1 percent from the field and recorded 13 blocks. Flor is a double major in anthropology and sociology and history with a 3.67 GPA.
Queen Ikhiuwu is a sophomore from Madrid, Spain. Ikhiuwu played 28 games and shot 43.8 percent from the field with 4.5 points per game. She tallied five games with double-digit points, including totaling 12 twice for a career high. She blocked 10 shots and secured 85 boards at a rate of 3.0 per game. Ikhiuwu is a biology major with a 3.57 GPA.

She totaled 123 boards with 13 blocks, 25 steals, and 55 assists. Matthews shot 41.3 percent from the field and owned a 90.4 percent clip at the charity stripe. She was named First-Team All-Southern Conference and earned a spot on the SoCon All-Tournament Team after delivering a pair of performances in Asheville that displayed her tenacity and heart, playing through an arm injury to deliver 16.5 points per game, including a 20-ball, over Wofford's tournament run. She is an international affairs and sociology and anthropology double major, owning a 3.80 GPA.
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on April 16.
