SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The 2026 Bosscars Awards were presented by the Wofford Student-Athlete Advisory Committee in conjunction with the Wofford Department of Athletics on Wednesday night at Jerry Richardson Indoor Stadium. Maximus Pulley from the football team won Male Student-Athlete of the Year, while Sherika Christie from the track and field team took home Female Student-Athlete of the Year honors.
The Bosscars is a red-carpet event that imitates the "ESPY'S" in which Wofford College student-athletes are honored in separate categories for superb athletic achievement. Nominations for each category were submitted by student-athletes and coaches, with a committee comprised of current athletic administrators and coaches assigned with the task of narrowing down the nominations to the finalists in each category.
