Men’s Soccer Announces 2026 Schedule

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Wofford men's soccer head coach Ryan Osborne announced the 2026 schedule Thursday afternoon, which is highlighted by seven home matches at Snyder Field. The team will face off with four teams who reached the NCAA Tournament last season.

Wofford will have three exhibition matches to start the season. The Terriers will host College of Charleston on August 7, along with Big South champion High Point on August 12. The final exhibition will be at South Carolina on August 15.

The Terriers will start the regular season with three-straight road matches, with Gardner-Webb serving as the season opener on Thursday, August 20. Wofford will take on UNC Charlotte on August 24 before closing the road stint at Queens on August 29. The home opener against Winthrop on Tuesday, September 1, is followed by road matches at Campbell and UNC Asheville on September 5 and September 8, respectively.

Wofford comes back to Snyder Field for a four-match home stand after that, starting with Georgia State on September 12. USC Upstate takes the short trip over on September 15. Southern Conference action will begin on Saturday, September 19, on Snyder Field against ETSU. That is followed by a home match against Coastal Carolina on September 22.

On Tuesday, September 29, the team will take a trip to ACC foe Clemson. Next up is a road match at VMI on October 3, followed by a visit to Duke on October 6. Both Clemson and Duke reached the NCAA Tournament a season ago. Wofford then travels to Mercer on October 10. The Terriers welcome SoCon newcomer Liberty University on October 17. The final match at home is against UNCG on October 24. The Spartans reached the third round of the NCAA tournament last year. The regular season finale will be at Furman on Saturday, October 31. Furman made it to the final four of the NCAA Tournament a year ago.

The Southern Conference Tournament is set for November 3 with the first round held on campus sites and the title game on November 13 or 14 at the highest remaining seed.
