JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – The Wofford College men's and women's indoor track and field teams continued the season on Friday and Saturday at the ETSU Invitational. The Terriers posted numerous top ten finishes and two school records were broken at the meet.

Bosco Bapoupeleh was the top finisher for the men in the 60 meters (7.10) and he set a new school record in the 200 meters at 22.61. In the 400 meters,
William Stout (52.91) and
Conrad Heinrich (53.11) led the Terriers. Heinrich added a time of 8.67 in the 60 meter hurdles.
Jack Zemp (1:57.93) and
Joe Harbacevich (1:58.24) both finished in the top ten in the 800 meters.
Cisco Ferre was 15
th in the mile at 4:38.26 and
Cristian Widenhouse was the top Terrier in the 3000 meters. The 4x400 relay was just .23 seconds off the school record and the distance medley relay was fourth overall.
Omar Mingo went 12.89 in the triple jump and 6.02 meters in the long jump.
Gaston Hayworth had a weight throw of 13.83 meters, while
Hunter Griffin threw the shot 13.78 meters.

For the women.
Amber Lust ran an 8.09 in the 60 meters.
McLeod Dean set a new school record in the 200 meters 25.92, topping the mark she established last season.
Kassidy Morton and
LeAndrea Combo both reached the finals of the 400 meters, with Combo fifth at 1:00.2 and Morton sixth at 1:00.17.
Madison Paraskeva was the top Terrier in the 800 meters at 2:25.48, while
Taryn Schoen and
Anya Bunao were 11
th and 12
th respectively in the mile.
Shannon McAndrew was the top Wofford finisher in the 3000 meters.
Amber Lust qualified for the finals in the 60 meter hurdles and was fifth at 8.94, just .03 off her previous school record. The 4x400 relay was sixth, while the distance medley relay team took first place. Alex Burgess went 10.96 meters in the triple jump and her 5.50 meters in the long jump was sixth overall.
Emily Williams was the top Wofford finished in the shot put.

Among the schools competing in the meet were Appalachian State, Western Carolina, VCU, Kennesaw State, USC Upstate, and UNC Asheville.

The teams will continue the season next weekend at the Mountaineer Open, hosted by Appalachian State.
