Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford women's tennis team won two matches of King University and Emmaneal College on Saturday to remain undefeated at 4-0 on the season.The second win marked a milestone win for head coach Krissy Hall who won the 100^th match of her career.
 
"I am so proud of the way that the team came out and performed today," said Hall. "We were prepared for today's matches and I thought we stayed focused. I think we had the opportunity to work on some things that we practice and it was a great sign to see the hard work pay off."
 
Wofford got started in the morning wave with a convincing 3-0 sweep of the doubles matches over King. The pairings of Cassidy Hicks/Jenna Vroman, Brittney Wilbur/Curran Carver and Annie Mayfield/Lauren Reid all picked up wins to secure the team point and the early lead.
 
The Terriers lineup for singles was as followed: #1 Cassidy Hicks, #2 Jenna Vroman, #3 Curran Carver, #4 Lauren Reid, #5 Brittney Wilbur & #6 Annie Mayfield. Mayfield won by default to clinch a point and then Wilbur won 6-0, 6-0 to put Wofford up 3-0. Cassidy Hicks clinched the victory for Wofford with a 6-0, 6-0 win from the #1 spot to grab the win.
 
The afternoon doubles match began with a bang for Wofford as the Terriers swept the doubles matches to secure the win. The combinations of Cassidy Hicks/Jenna Vroman, Curran Carver/Wilbur & Lauren Reid/Sam Russell picked up wins to lock up the team point.
 
Wofford's strong play stretched into the singles matches with the Terriers picking up… The Terriers lineup for singles was as followed: #1 Cassidy Hicks, #2 Jenna Vroman, #3 Curran Carver, #4 Lauren Reid, #5 Brittney Wilbur & #6 Annie Mayfield. Brittney Wilbur and Lauren Reid secured the next two points for the Terriers with a pair of 6-0, 6-0 victories. Cassidy Hicks picked up the match clinching point for the Terriers with a 6-2, 6-2 win from the #1 spot.
 
Wofford will return to the court on Saturday, February 10 when the Terriers travel to Savannah to face off against Savannah State at 2 PM.
