Box Score JOHNSON CITY, TN. – The Wofford men's tennis team fell 5-2 to ETSU on Saturday morning. With the loss, the Terriers fall to 9-6 and 1-2 in the Southern Conference.
"Although the overall outcome wasn't what we planned, the evidence is clear, we came to play today," said head coach
Rod Ray. "We're learning and improving. Our doubles play was strong in so many areas. I'm also encouraged with a few of our excellent singles sets. We are accountable to the next step, which is coming soon."

The Terriers opened doubles play by winning two matches against the Bucs to secure the team point. Wofford's lineup for doubles was as followed: No. 1

Kyle Barr. Williams/Casasolas evened the score at one as Chousa/Crawford won 6-4 over their opponent to clinch the team point for Wofford.

Despite dropping the team point, the Bucs answered winning five of six singles matches to down the Terriers. Wofford's lineup for singles was as followed: No. 1 Cerbelli, No. 2 Chousa, No. 3
Edu Villar, No. 4 Barr, No. 5 Williams, No. 6 Casasolas. Williams picked up Wofford's lone singles victory with a 6-3, 7-5 win to move to 10-1 on the season.

Wofford will return to the court on Monday, April 2 when the Terriers host The Citadel at 3 PM.
