Leading the team are eight seniors: Elliot Carney, Colin Davis, Jake Dippold, Lawson Hill, Clay Schwaner, Josh Vitus, David Yourke and Jake Zoller ... Among the pitchers, Hayes Heinecke was 3-1 with a 1.75 ERA and he was named the SoCon Preseason Pitcher of the Year ... Dalton Rhadans was 4-0 with a 2.35 ERA as a reliver and was tied for first in the SoCon in wins ... Josh Vitus was 1-1 and posted a 2.18 ERA in five starts ... LAST TIME AGAINST ETSU
The teams split the series played in Johnson City in 2019, with the third game rained out. On Thursday night, the Bucs won 7-1. The Terriers won 10-4 on Friday night. In the SoCon Tournament, Wofford picked up a 2-1 win. ETSU leads the all-time series that began in 1957 by a 29-25 margin.
