SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Head coach Emily Grant has announced the 2022 Wofford College women's soccer schedule. The slate features nine home matches at Snyder Field, including five Southern Conference matches.
 
Exhibition matches at the College of Charleston (August 13) and against Charlotte (August 15) will open the slate. The regular season will begin on Thursday, August 18, with a home match against UNC Asheville and continues with a home match on Sunday, August 21 against Kennesaw State. A road trip to Virginia to face Longwood (August 26) and Radford (August 28) is followed by road contests at Davidson (September 1) and at Gardner-Webb (September 4).
 
On Thursday, September 8, Wofford will host Campbell before back-to-back road contests at Winthrop (September 16) and at Charleston Southern (September 18) to close out the non-conference schedule.
 
The Southern Conference slate begins with a road weekend as the Terriers will visit Western Carolina (September 23) and East Tennessee State (September 25). Wofford will then have three-straight home matches as Furman (September 30), Mercer (October 6) and The Citadel (October 9) will travel to Spartanburg.  After a road trip to face VMI (October 14) and UNC Greensboro (October 16), Wofford returns home for the final two games of the regular season. A match against Chattanooga on Friday, October 21, is followed by Senior Day on Sunday, October 23 against the defending Southern Conference champion Samford Bulldogs.
 
The 2022 Southern Conference Tournament will begin on October 25 with the first round held on campus sites and the title game on either November 5 or 6 at the highest remaining seed.
