SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford College women's basketball team will be traveling to France for a 10-day excursion featuring two games and sightseeing of historical attractions.
 
The Terriers will arrive in Paris, France, on Monday, July 31. After four days of sightseeing and activities, Wofford will play its first of two games on Saturday, Aug. 5, against the Paris All-Stars. Excursions prior to the contest include Bayeux, the Palace of Versailles and the city of Paris. Of note, the team will embark on a historical WWII tour featuring stops along Utah Beach and Omaha Beach, sites of the D-Day landings in Normandy.
 
The following day, the 2022-23 Southern Conference Regular-Season Champions will return to action for their second game against the One-Ball All-Stars. A trip to the Eiffel Tower is scheduled to occur between the two contests.
 
After the pair of games are in the books, Wofford will enjoy three more full days of sightseeing, including a trip to Nice and a kayaking excursion. The Terriers depart France and will return to the Unites States on Thursday, Aug. 10.
