SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The 2025 Men's Soccer Preseason All-Conference Team has been announced by the Southern Conference, with Jakob Andersson earning recognition for Wofford College. Coaches were not permitted to vote for their own team or players.

Andersson earns a consecutive nomination for SoCon Preseason All-Conference after an impressive 2024 campaign. The three-time All-SoCon player from Stockholm, Sweden, led the team in assists with five, fifth-best in the SoCon. Entering his senior year, the outside back looks to finish his career with the Terriers off strong.

Wofford is selected to finish fifth in the Southern Conference preseason coaches' poll. The Terriers open their season at North Carolina State on August 24, with the home opener at Snyder Field on August 28 against Georgia Southern University. SoCon play will begin on October 4 against Virginia Military Institute.
