SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Wofford College football head coach
Shawn Watson has announced that Jaylin Dickerson, Adam Dulka, and
Benny Radicia have joined the coaching staff. Dickerson will work with the cornerbacks, Dulka will serve as the special teams coordinator, and Radicia will assist with the safeties.

Jaylin Dickerson spent the 2024 and 2025 seasons as the cornerbacks coach at Murray State University. Bryan Pulley was ranked second in the MVFC and 12th in the nation in passes defended in 2025.
Dickerson began his coaching career at South Carolina in 2022 as a defensive assistant working with the cornerbacks and safeties. He built game plans, opponent scouting reports and weekly adjustments. The team participated in the 2022 Gator Bowl. He worked with freshmen All-Americans Nick Emmanwori (2022), DQ Smith (2022) and Jalon Kilgore (2023). In addition, several players went on to be selected in the NFL Draft, including Emmanwori in the second round in 2025 to the Seattle Seahawks.
As a player, Dickerson played four seasons at South Carolina. He earned the 2020-21 Gamecock Leadership Award and represented South Carolina on the SEC Football Leadership Council.
A native of Southern Pines, N.C., he was named conference Defensive Player of the Year at Pinecrest High School. He earned his degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2021.
Adam Dulka spent the 2025 season as a graduate assistant at the University of Arkansas working with special teams. The Razorbacks were ranked 38th in the nation in kickoff returns.
He served two seasons at Arkansas Tech as the tight ends coach and equipment coordinator. Tight end Jordan Eddington earned All-GAC second team honors in 2023 and 2024. Prior to Arkansas Tech, he had a brief stint at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa where he was set to serve as the program's offensive line and tight ends coach before joining the Wonder Boys. He began his college coaching career as a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Kent State University.
With the Golden Flashes, Dulka assisted in developing weekly game plans on offense and special teams. His duties included produced weekly opponent scouting reports and all film breakdown while also coordinating both defensive and special teams scout units. He also ran meetings and drills with the tight ends room and assisted offensive line and tight ends coaches with developing position group technique.
His coaching career started as the tight ends coach and assistant special teams coordinator at University School in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
As a player, Dulka began his collegiate career at Syracuse University before transferring to Kent State. At Kent State, he earned a scholarship after initially walking on and was a fixture on the special teams unit while also playing tight end/fullback for the Flashes. Dulka played in 39 career games at Kent State and helped lead the Flashes to their first-ever bowl win in 2019 and their second-ever MAC East title in 2021.
A native of Brecksville, Ohio, he was the team MVP at Huntington Valley University School. He earned his degree in education from Kent State in 2020 and added a master's degree in sports administration in 2022.
Benny Radicia began his coaching career as a student assistant last year at Wofford. Wofford went 6-6 overall and the defense was ranked first in the Southern Conference.
He played linebacker at Wofford, starting five of 31 games played. He recorded 90 total tackles in his career, with 4.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, and an interception. He spent the 2021 season at Iowa Western.
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Radicia was a three-year letterman at Omaha Westside at middle linebacker. As a senior in 2021 the team was 12-0 and won a state championship. He recorded 145 total tackles with 28 tackles for loss, eight sacks and five forced fumbles as he earned first team All-State, first team All-Nebraska and first team All-Metro honors.
He earned his degree in finance from Wofford in December of 2025.
