Box Score SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Wofford men's tennis team fell 4-3 to Kennesaw State on Saturday afternoon at Reeves Tennis Center.

Rod Ray. "We learned a lot today. Losing is quite disappointing, but we'll respond and be better because of it."

Javi Casasolas. Williams/Casasolas came up with an emphatic 6-2 victory to kick start the day for Wofford but Kennesaw responded with two straight wins to grab the team point.

Kennesaw State and Wofford battled it out in the singles competition with the squads splitting the matches 3-3. The Terriers lineup for singles was as followed: #1 Cerbelli, #2 Chousa, #3

Omar Williams. Wofford got off to a great start with wins from Schoen (6-4, 6-2) and Barr (6-3, 6-3). The Owls bounced back with two straight wins to regain the overall lead at 3-2. Williams then defeated his opponent (6-1, 6-7, 6-2) to even the match at three. After a back and forth match, Chousa fell 7-5, 4-6, 6-4 as the Owls secured the final point and the overall victory, 4-3.

Wofford will return to the court on March 3 when the Terriers travel to Asheville to face off against the Bulldogs at 12 PM.
