Women’s Basketball Announces Two Signees

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Wofford women's basketball head coach Jimmy Garrity has announced the signing of two future Terriers for the 2026-27 season. Emmanuelle Broude and Sienna Wolfe have both signed to join the program in the fall of 2026.

"We are thrilled to announce the signing of Emmanuelle Broude and Sienna Wolfe as part of our 2026 recruiting class," said Garrity. "The coaching staff did an excellent job identifying and recruiting two young women who will make a positive impact on our Terrier family. Both Emmanuelle and Sienna are fantastic fits for our program and for Wofford College. They are talented players who excel in the classroom, lead in their schools and communities, and come from outstanding families. Their high character, relentless work ethic, and commitment to being great teammates embody exactly what we value in our program. I know Terrier fans will be excited to welcome them to Wofford, and we can't wait for them to join our returning players and get started next season."

Emmanuelle Broude is a 6-1 forward out of Toronto, Canada, who attends TFS – Canada's International School. Going into her senior season, Broude has averaged 11.2 points, 9.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.3 blocks, and 2.3 steals per game. In 2022, she was named a First Team All-Star by Canletes. Broude followed that up with a 2023 All-Star selection in the JUEL Ontario League. In 2024, she was a Defensive and Offensive First Team All-Star honoree in the Ontario Basketball League. This past year, Broude was an All-Star in the Women's North Pole League (WNPA). She was played AAU ball with Become One Canada Elite (B.1.C.E) U17 where she competed in the Girls Under Armour Association. Broude averaged 11.4 points and 8.9 boards per outing with the team.

"When we watched Emmanuelle play over the summer, it didn't take long to realize she would be a fantastic fit for our program," said Garrity. "After connecting with her over the phone and hosting her and her family on campus, it became clear that she embodies the values and culture we strive for at Wofford. Emmanuelle brings a rare combination of size, mobility, toughness, and skill to the post position, making her a difficult matchup for opponents. Her versatility allows her to play and defend multiple positions. She can stretch the floor with her shooting ability, handle the ball well enough to start the break, and attack off the bounce. In the paint, she has a strong set of post moves and a soft touch from mid-range. Her court vision also makes her an excellent passer who elevates those around her. I'm really excited for Terrier fans to watch Em compete and to see the impact she'll make on our program, both on and off the court."

Sienna Wolfe, a 6-0 forward out of Rockford, Michigan, was named the Prep Hoops Freshman of the Year for Michigan. During that same freshman campaign, Wolfe led her team to a state championship. She also broke her team's record for most rebounds in a single season. Wolfe averaged 14.5 points and seven rebounds her sophomore season, and she led the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan (BCAM) with a 43.3 percent three-point percentage. That same season she set another school record of seven three-pointers in a single game. Wolfe's father played professionally in Portugal, along with her aunt playing at Oakland before a professional stint in Iceland.

"When we first saw Sienna play over the summer, the first thing that stood out was how hard she plays," said Garrity. "She's a relentless competitor who battles on both ends of the floor and plays with great energy and toughness. When Sienna and her family came to visit campus, it was easy to see what a great fit she would be for our program. Offensively, her versatility allows her to play multiple positions and excel in transition, something that fits perfectly with our up-tempo style of play. Sienna can score at all three levels; she's a confident perimeter shooter who can stretch the defense, has a smooth mid-range game, and attacks the rim with strength and skill. Her size and physicality create matchup advantages, and she's not afraid to mix it up in the paint. Defensively, Sienna's versatility really stands out, she can guard multiple positions and is a strong, physical rebounder. I believe Sienna has a bright future ahead of her, and Terrier fans are going to love watching her grow and compete over the next four years.

The eligibility of all student-athletes is contingent upon admission to Wofford College and compliance with all NCAA rules, including registration with the NCAA Eligibility Center.
